A row of landowners in East Kalimantan.

Jakarta - East Kalimantan (East Kalimantan) has been officially announced as the location of a new capital city. The exact location is North Penajam Paser Regency and part of Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The relocation of the capital city is a breath of fresh air for developers. There are several large developers who reportedly already have land in East Kalimantan, even though it is not exactly in the location of the new capital later. The names of the developers range from Ciputra to Lippo. They reportedly controlled a lot of land in East Kalimantan.
